MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT FACULTY OF TARBIYAH and CHIKARA UNIVERSITY INDIA

This Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) is established between the Faculty of Tarbiyah at University Qomaruddin and Chikara University, India, to foster a collaborative relationship aimed at advancing academic and cultural exchange. The primary objectives of this agreement are to promote the exchange of faculty members, researchers, and students, enhancing mutual understanding and cooperation between the two institutions. Additionally, the MoA seeks to facilitate joint research projects focused on topics relevant to education and pedagogy, while exploring opportunities for the development of joint academic programs and curriculum sharing. The parties will collaborate to organize academic conferences, seminars, workshops, and training programs to enhance knowledge sharing and professional development. This agreement will be effective for a period of 5 years from the date of signing and may be renewed through mutual consent. Each party will be responsible for its respective costs related to the implementation of this MoA unless otherwise agreed upon for specific activities. Both parties are committed to maintaining confidentiality regarding any sensitive information shared during this collaboration, and either party may terminate the agreement with written notice of 3 months. This MoA, signed on 3 mont, reflects the commitment of the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Chikara University to work together towards their shared goals.
