MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT (MoA) FACULTY OF TARBIYAH And NATIONAL UNIVERSITY OF KAOHSIUNG

Both parties will collaborate to organize academic conferences, seminars, workshops, and training programs that encourage knowledge sharing and professional development. This agreement will be effective for a duration of 5 years from the date of signing and may be renewed upon mutual agreement. Each party will bear its respective costs related to the implementation of this MoA unless otherwise agreed for specific activities. Both parties commit to maintaining confidentiality concerning sensitive information exchanged during this collaboration, and either party may terminate the agreement with written notice of 3 months.
