MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING (MOU) STICHTING AZZAM ALIYAH SURINAME AND QOMARUDDIN UNIVERSITY
This Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) is established between Stichting Azzam Aliyah based in Suriname and Qomaruddin University located in Indonesia, aiming to foster collaboration in the fields of research, community service, and other relevant academic areas. The primary objectives of this MoU include promoting joint research projects that address both global and local challenges, enhancing community service initiatives to meet societal needs, and facilitating the exchange of expertise and resources between the two institutions. Additionally, the parties will organize training, conferences, seminars, and workshops to improve the skills and capacity of their faculty, students, and staff. The agreement outlines terms of cooperation that cover the scope of collaboration, which includes research projects, community service programs, academic writing, and joint publications. This MoU will be effective for a period of 5 years from the date of signing, with the possibility of renewal upon mutual agreement. Each party will bear its respective costs related to this collaboration unless otherwise agreed. Both parties commit to maintaining confidentiality regarding sensitive information shared during the partnership. This MoU may be terminated by either party with prior written notice of 3 months if necessary. This agreement is signed by the authorized representatives of Stichting Azzam Aliyah and Qomaruddin University on 3 months reflecting their commitment to the collaboration outlined herein.
